Copyediting $.05/word
Developmental Editing $.8/word
Layout $6-8/page for interior pages + $75 setup fee for master pages
Logo Design: $75-150
Cover Design: $150-250
Pricing note: Layout can be complicated, so pricing can be negotiable.
